Why These Policies Matter

At MASSAAH'GE Bodywork and Coaching, every scheduled appointment is a commitment from our therapists and coaches to prepare and be fully present for you. These policies help us deliver the best care possible to all our clients while honoring the time and dedication of our staff.

When schedule changes are communicated in advance, it allows us to make your appointment slot available to someone else who may need immediate assistance. Many clients are on a waiting list and can greatly benefit from an opening that arises from a timely cancellation.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events occur, which is why we offer the possibility of waiving fees in cases of genuine emergencies with appropriate documentation. Your cooperation allows us to provide the best care and support for the entire MASSAAH'GE community.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $79.00 or half the value of the scheduled service, whichever is greater.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly through email, phone, or the MASSAAH'GE app. Please ensure you receive a confirmation from us regarding your cancellation or new appointment details.

No-Call / No-Show

Failing to call or show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification is considered a no-call/no-show. In this event, you will be charged 100% of the hourly service value.

Prompt notification of your need to cancel or reschedule helps us manage our schedule and offer the vacated slot to other clients in need.

Exceptions

We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion in the case of severe emergencies, including but not limited to medical emergencies or severe weather conditions. Documentation may be requested to validate the nature of the emergency.

You may request to review, update, or delete certain personal information we hold, subject to legal and professional record keeping requirements. You may also opt out of non essential communications at any time.
